These terms govern your use of forsihockey.com and the game published on it. By opening the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using it.

1. What this service is

Forsihockey is a free-to-play social casino offering a single game, Coldstreak Roulette, for entertainment purposes only. It is not a gambling service. There is no real-money wagering, no opportunity to win real money or prizes, and no mechanism by which anything of value can be staked, won, or lost.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. By using it you confirm that you meet that requirement and that social casino content is lawful where you are. You are responsible for knowing the rules that apply in your own jurisdiction.

3. Virtual coins

Coins displayed in Coldstreak Roulette are a scorekeeping device with no monetary value. They are granted free of charge, cannot be purchased, and cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for money, goods, credit, or any other benefit. They confer no property right and no legal entitlement of any kind. Balances exist only for the duration of a page view and are erased on reload or navigation. We may change the starting balance, the paytable, or the refill behaviour at any time without notice.

4. Acceptable use

Use the site as intended. You agree not to attempt to interfere with, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or any system connected to it; not to modify, decompile, or tamper with the game client in order to misrepresent results or to others; not to use automated tools to hammer the service; and not to reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

5. Intellectual property

The Forsihockey name, the Coldstreak Roulette name, the site design, code, text, and graphics are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and play the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other licence is granted.

6. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or compatible with every device or browser. Game outcomes are generated by your own browser and are provided for entertainment; they are not represented as modelling the odds of any real-money game.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of this site, including loss of data, loss of virtual coins, or lost time. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Third-party links

Where we link to an external site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for their practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave ours.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the site or the game, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may also revise these terms; the current version always appears on this page with its date. Continued use after a revision means you accept it.

10. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Responsible play

Even though no money is involved, we ask you to read our responsible play guidance. Social casino play does not reflect real-money gambling odds and is not practice for it.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force and the unenforceable part is applied to the greatest extent permitted.
